Where did the name, Elliots Bridge, come from?

Jim and Elisabeth Elliot's lives and ministry have been a lifelong inspiration to Sharon and the bridge metaphor was the perfect symbol for connecting volunteers and partners with sending teams to places of ministry.

How can I sign up to go on a trip?

Go to our 2026 Journeys page and click the Application link to complete your personal information and submit.  When received, we will get in touch with you to discuss further details of the journey.

What does the cost of my journey include?

Your cost covers roundtrip airfare, travel insurance, all accommodations, and most meals. You will be told what meals you will need to pay for.

Can I go on a journey if I'm not a member of a church?

 Of course!  Just complete and submit the Application and we will be in touch.

Do you have to have medical experience to go on the Brazil teams?

No. Over 1/2 of each team is comprised of non-medical team members. They assist in taking blood pressure, help with the waiting lines, dispense reader glasses, have gospel conversations with locals and so much more!
